Hello! We are Chris and Annette and we want to thank you for taking this time to learn more about us. Our hearts are filled with joy knowing that we will be adding to our family through adoption. We are excited about sharing our family with yours.

About Us
We are a fun-loving Christian couple who met ten years ago on a blind date and got married 11 months later. Because of infertility, we were unable to have children of our own. Through adoption, our family is blessed with a beautiful little girl. We both love being parents and we knew from the beginning we wanted sounds of children laughing and the pitter-patter of little feet running through the house. We are excited to be building our family through adoption.

We both love nature and spend a lot of time outdoors. We also enjoy dining out and bowling. We enjoy vacationing in the Great Smokey Mountains and at Myrtle Beach with family. We are looking forward to doing all these things and more as a family.

About Chris, by Annette...
Chris is a very devoted, supportive husband and loving father. I admire his generosity and his willingness to help others. Chris has a lot of patience and understanding. He has a great sense of humor and is always making us laugh. Chris is a wonderful dad to our daughter Aleigha. Chris has so much love to give and cannot wait to be a father again.

Chris enjoys fishing, hunting, farming and going to high school games. His favorite hobby is learning about history and does many civil war re-enactments.

About Annette by Chris...
Annette is a very kind and affectionate person. She has a big heart and it shows wherever she is. She is a big part of my life and I thank God for her every day. Annette is a very happy person and loves being around people who are positive and enthusiastic. Annette is a terrific mom to Aleigha. She took a part-time job as a substitute teacher so she could be home more with our daughter.

Annette loves music, playing the piano, singing, walking our dogs and riding horses on the farm with her brother and his wife. She is looking forward to nights of baking cookies and days of going to the park with our children.

About Aleigha, by Mommy and Daddy...
Aleigha is a very sweet, happy and affectionate little girl. We adopted her when she was only three days old. She has brought so much joy, love and laughter into our lives.

Aleigha enjoys playing in the pool, chasing our dogs and cats, going out on the farm to see the cows and horses. She loves to be around other boys and girls her age. She is looking forward to being an older sister and having a little brother or sister to grow up with.

Our Home and Neighborhood...
Our home is located in the country surrounded by beautiful mountains and fields of West Virginia. We live in a one story ranch home with three bedrooms. We have a nice large front and back yard away from the road. A child's education is important to us and we are proud of our schools and teachers. Our church offers a wide variety of activities for kids, including children's church, boy's and girl's clubs, kid's crusades and Bible school. Nearby our many fun places to visit include a zoo, state fair, ski resort and many state parks.

We promise if given the opportunity, your child will be raised in a stable Christian home based on strong moral values. He/she will grow up in a home filled with lots of affection. We promise to be encouraging and supportive of your child's dreams. Your child will not only be loved by us, but by a large group of family and friends who are ready to open their hearts and home for your child.
