Dear Birthmother,

We would like to take this opportunity to share with you more about our lives. We will soon be celebrating our eight year wedding anniversary. Our common interests of the outdoors, sports, and mutual love for God brought us together over nine years ago while both attending a local junior college. Our lives first and foremost revolve around God. We enjoy fishing, taking walks in the country and on lake trails, swimming, and spending time with our families. Each year we vacation in Florida, and look forward to sharing all of our adventures with our child.

My Husband Danny
Danny, next to God, is the most important person in my life. I fell in love with Danny almost immediately. His blue eyes and dimples when he smiles won me over. I can honestly say that Danny is my best friend, my spiritual role model, and my anchor. He is smart, compassionate about his work, warm-hearted, and loves God. As a paramedic, Danny deals with difficult decisions everyday. After four years in the EMS field, Danny is still as sensitive to his patients and their families as the day he started. It takes a special person to work in this field and I respect him greatly for this.

When Danny is not working, you will find him outside. He loves outdoor projects at our home, hanging out with our dogs at the river, and walking through the woods at his parent’s house enjoying all of nature. He is also the first one on the floor playing with the children at the homes of our family and friends, church activities, and anywhere else an opportunity arises! Danny also loves to write. His ability to communicate and capture the reader is definitely a gift from God.

My Wife Michelle
The one thing about my wife Michelle that has held me captive since the day that I meet her is her sweetness! Everyone that knows Michelle knows her sincerity and her tender, loving heart. Michelle’s motives are pure and her purpose is of love for life, people and God.

Michelle also has a strong, determined motivation that is unmatched in any other person that I have seen or known. She is much sought after in the public health field in which she works. Michelle is highly successful and respected for her hard work and capable mind. She is already a success and she has a promising career ahead if she so chooses in the future. However, through the blessings that God has granted us in our careers and financial stability, Michelle will be able and is excited to become a stay at home mommy!

Michelle has great patience for children. During college she worked at a gymnastics center teaching and training young kids about life, personal responsibility, and self discipline through gymnastics.

Our Home and Neighborhood
We love our home and location in Missouri! We live in a neighborhood that is five minutes away from the local hospital, medical clinic (where our pediatrician is located), Wal-Mart, pharmacy, and our church. We have great neighbors that look after one another, and are close to one another, who are also very excited about our decision to adopt.

Our Faith
We were both raised in wonderful Christian homes and are very blessed to have families that love God. We attend church on a regular basis, and have a very supportive church family. Our belief in God is a huge part of our lives and we look forward to sharing our faith with our child and instilling in them good values, morals, and respect and appreciation for others.
