Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We are Jim and Tracy. We met five years ago by chance, and since have grown a loving, strong and wonderful relationship. When we learned we could not have biological children, we knew in our hearts that God had bigger plans for us. His plan is for us to realize the amazing happiness of a family through adoption.

We love spending time together and in the company of family and friends. We enjoy life one day at a time and our lives are filled with love and laughter. We spend our time together enjoying the outdoors, taking walks and having barbeques on the back patio. Tracy cannot wait to be a stay at home mom after we adopt.

About Jim
From the moment Jim and I met, I knew he was someone I could talk to for the rest of my life. He is kind, caring, compassionate and a great listener. He has all the patience in the world along with an amazing sense of humor that always makes people laugh and smile. Some of his activities and interests include: soccer, water skiing, taking care of the yard, talking to friends and family, and telling me stories about his day.

My favorite thing about Jim is his ability to find the good in life and in people. He enjoys our time together at the end of a work day and always looks forward to our Sunday evening dinner with family or friends.

About Tracy
Tracy lights up any room she walks into with her smile and energy. When we first met I was instantly taken in by her warmth, compassion and sense of humor.

Tracy is a genuinely kind, sensitive and caring person. She has an amazing gift for creativity and makes beautiful things out of just about anything, whether she is scrapbooking or decorating the house. She positively touches lives daily through an unselfish giving in all that she does and all that she is. My favorite thing about Tracy is her desire to help others no matter what the situation; she puts the needs of others first and foremost. She is always available to lend an ear when someone needs to talk, and is always available to lend a hand when someone needs help. Tracy looks forward to being a stay-at-home-mom after we adopt.

Our Family
Both of our families are excited and very supportive of our decision to adopt. Tracy's oldest brother was adopted, and he also adopted his first daughter years ago. There's never been a question about whether or not adoption was right for us because it has already touched our lives so closely.

We have two very spoiled small dogs named Zoe and Bingo. They enjoy running and playing in our large backyard, or getting belly rubs and snuggles. They both have wonderful personalities and are great with children.

Our Home
We live in a spacious four bedroom, three and a half bathroom ranch style home with a courtyard and a fully finished basement. The nursery is complete and ready. We are nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac among the many trees on our three acre property. Our home allows us to relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature; we feel it is extremely important for a child to understand, appreciate and respect nature, animals and our Earth. In the summer, we enjoy entertaining in the backyard with family and friends as we listen to the sounds of nature. The fall has lots of leaves to create big leaf piles that your child can jump in, play in and enjoy.
