About Us
We are fun-loving Christians who have an amazing relationship and wonderful family and friends. Even before we were married, we had agreed that with or without biological children, we would love to add to our family through adoption. John has a very large family, and we love taking mini-vacations throughout the year to visit them. We love the feeling of being surrounded by a big family…there is never a dull moment! Cerella’s family lives blocks away from our home, and every week we get together for “Sunday Night Dinner.” We are so anxious to have a new addition join us in all our family fun!

Meet My Wife Cerella
Cerella has a great sense of humor and the ability to light up any room. Her expressive and outgoing personality is captivating! Knitting, sewing, reading and evening walks are just a few of Cerella’s hobbies. Cerella is also an accomplished pianist, and she loves to fill the house with all kinds of music. I know that Cerella will make the most incredible mom. Children are drawn to her like a magnet and her love for them is apparent to all.

Meet My Husband John
I am truly blessed to have John as my husband. He enjoys everything from sports to writing poetry to firing up the back yard barbeque. He really loves to find fun and new vacation spots for our yearly trips. John is patient, encouraging, and always loving…especially with the kids that come into his office. Working as a family physician, he has the most remarkable work ethic and never expects to be recognized for it. He is admired and respected by his coworkers, and has a reputation that precedes himself. He has no problem in keeping a balance between work and family, and I am so thankful that he will be able to arrange his schedule to be a part of any of the events that are to come. John will be such a wonderful dad!

Our Home & Community
We have a wonderful home that has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It is decorated in bright colors, and we are already making sure that every room is kid-friendly. Our third bedroom is perfect for a nursery, and Cerella is so excited to shop and decorate! Our home is in a beautiful historical area and there are two parks and a bike trail within walking distance. Our community has so much to offer kids! A couple of the attractions are a zoo and a children’s museum with tons of activities going on year round.

Our Pets
We have a gentle and loyal dog, Russell, and his sidekick, Cecil, our cat. They absolutely love kids, and we have no doubt that they will be so careful and loving when they get to share our home with a baby.

We open up our hearts and our loving home to your child. We promise to offer your child unconditional love, Christian values, and the knowledge that you wanted the best for them. We would be so honored to share all that we have with your child and would feel truly blessed if you would consider us to parent your baby. Throughout their life, we would also be willing to share photos and letters if you so desired.

As parents, we promise to provide your baby a rich educational environment and emotional support that will allow for development of his or her sense of adventure and independence. Above all, we will provide a home that will allow him or her to become a strong, confident child, teen and adult.
