We are completely approved and ready to adopt! We've been married for over 12 years and after our process of infertility God directed us to adoption. We both love children and are excited about bringing a child into our lives through adoption. Your child will be raised in a Christian home that loves God. They will experience the joy of laughter and unconditional love with us. We are the best of friends! We talk a lot and we laugh together all the time. We're so ready to welcome a child into our life!

We live within minutes of beautiful lakes and outdoor activities. Kayaking, riding bikes and taking walks are some of the things we enjoy. We love California weather and being able to spend almost all year outside.

About Jon
Laughter is alive in our lives and a lot of it is because of Jon. He makes me laugh all the time! Tell a funny joke, impersonate a famous actor, talk like Donald Duck...he can do it all and more.

Watching Jon teach Sunday school makes it clear that he will be a great dad that is actively involved with our child. He willingly dresses up in character to inspire children about God.

Jon is a history buff. He enjoys the discovery channel and I envy his sponge-like brain. He can quote half a movie after we leave the theater! In his free time Jon loves golfing with family and friends, reading, and watching sports.

I've always admired that Jon knew at a young age what he wanted to do when he grew up. After 13 years, his career in Law Enforcement is still something he's passionate about. His leadership qualities and desire to make a difference in our community is admirable. I'm confident he will be a father who leads by example and will encourage our child to pursue their dreams as well. My biggest desire is to see Jon love and laugh with our child as he does with our friends' children.

About Tammi
I am blessed to have Tammi as my wife! I love that she's a people magnet. People just gravitate to her outgoing bubbly personality. She's a social butterfly and enjoys having lunch with her girlfriends or meeting at the gym.

Tammi works part-time at our church with the children. It's awesome to see her rocking babies and hugging little ones. She is also a talented interior designer with her own design consulting business. She works from home and we are thankful our financial situation will allow her to stay at home with our child. She's already decorated the nursery with her special touches; it's beautiful!

Tammi is selfless and enjoys offering our babysitting services to our friends. She likes to play dress up and paint toenails with the girls or read boys their favorite books. She loves the outdoors and enjoys walking and riding her bike. She also enjoys journaling and taking photos.

Tammi is a loving, and thoughtful wife and will be an exceptional mother!

Home and Neighborhood
We love the small-town family community where we live in Northern California. It reminds us of where we both grew up.

Our comfortable 3 bedroom home is located on a cul-de-sac...a perfect location for children to play safely outside. The inside of our home reflects our personalities...fun, outgoing and colorful! Girl or boy, our nursery is ready and waiting! This year our city was rated one of the best places to live and raise children!

Our Family
Both our families are excited about our decision to adopt. They are 100% supportive and can't wait to welcome a child into the family.

We have several close friends who've adopted and they will be a great support for our adoption. We're certain our little one will be showered with love and have many that will want to baby sit and play!
