Dear Birthmother,

Adoption is very close to our hearts as Lance was adopted at birth and Kim was legally adopted as a young child by her mom's second husband. We have been blessed with two amazing sons, Collin and Reagan. We would love to adopt a daughter to expand our family

We want to show our children as much of the world as we can. We plan activities that appeal to the ages and interests of our children so that the trips will be memories they will always treasure.

Education is very important to us. We have already planned for our sons' college tuitions and we will do the same for your child.

About Kim
Kim loves to cook, take photographs, and decorate. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Before becoming a stay-at-home-mom, she had a successful career in sales and marketing. She loves being able to attend every school function, field trip or class party.

Kim goes to great lengths to ensure we have family traditions that the kids will remember. She is a wonderful mother to our boys and a wonderful wife to me.

About Lance
Lance enjoys grilling, sports, fishing and many outdoor activities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in management and is the Director of Information Technology for a large company. He is so involved with our children which I think is one of his best qualities.

Lance manages to balance work and family very well, always having time to coach the boy's sports. Most importantly, he is a man of faith and reads the Bible and prays with our boys every night. He is very patient, kind and honest.

Our Boys
Collin is eight years old and in the second grade. He is bright, funny and athletic. Reagan is five years old and in preschool. He is imaginative and funny and just starting his athletic career with T-ball.

Collin and Reagan are very close and will be great big brothers to a little sister.

Our Faith
We are active members of our church. Your child will be surrounded not only by our family's love but also the love of our church family. We will teach her Christian values through our actions, words and prayers and encourage her to explore her own relationship with faith and religion.

Our Home & Community
We live in Texas. We are close to lots of recreational venues that we take full advantage of.

Our home is a comfortable ranch style in an established neighborhood that we completely remodeled. We have a large, park-like backyard with a wooden play structure with swings, climbing and a fort.

Our Families
Kim's family lives on a ranch a few hours away. Our children are able to experience the best of both worlds since we visit there often. They are fortunate enough to enjoy the culture and activities offered in the city and the laid back environment of country life complete with cattle and wildlife. Lance's family lives fairly close to us. We are very close to our families.

Our Activities/Traditions
We enjoy board games, breakfast for dinner, play dates with friends and just hanging out at home. We have traditions around the true meaning of holidays but also enjoy stockings filled by Santa Clause and Easter baskets filled by the Easter Bunny. We enjoy home cooked meals, made-from-scratch birthday cakes, hand-made Valentines and photo calendars for the grandmothers at Christmas. We can promise you many beautiful photos if you wish to receive them (in addition to letters and possible visits).
