Dear Birthmother,

We are so excited about adopting a child. It has become a dream of ours to expand our family. We have been married for 15 years and we have an 8 year old son. We have been trying to have another child for the past few years and have been unsuccessful. We believe that God is leading our path towards adoption. We look forward to having a girl, but would be happy with whatever God blesses up with. We are familiar with adoption as we have family members who have been adopted, and we have very close friends who have adopted. It is our wish to provide your child with unconditional love, strong values, and a fun loving family.

Our Life Together
We are college sweethearts. We played in the band together. As stated earlier, we have been married for 15 years and we feel that we are soul mates. We have the same dreams and desires. We work hard to maintain a stable environment for our family. We both are very active in our neighborhood, communities, and our local educational system.

Nachelle About Larry:
Larry is from a large family. He is number 11 out of 13 kids. He loves working with kids. He is a basketball coach for our son's basketball team, an assistant baseball team coach, and a Den Leader for Cub Scouts. He is very patient, kind, humble, and creative. Larry volunteers at our son's school for various events such as reading to the class, field day, and special class projects. He is an active member of our son's school PTA.

Larry truly believes that a parent has a special place in a child's life. He constantly encourages other parents to take part in their children's activities whether in scouts, education, sports, or other community events. Larry spends much time with our son, and he ensures that their father-son relationship is one that is cherished by us all.

Larry About Nachelle:
Nachelle is a jewel. She is a very caring person. She puts much concern in ensuring everyone around her is happy. As a mother she shows much compassion. She has always been one who puts people first. Nachelle believes in education. She has attained a successful educational and business career in such a short time.

Nachelle is a caring wife and mother. She ensures that we are ready in the morning to start off the day, we are fine throughout the day, and we are meeting all of our scheduled events after work and school. She promotes time spent with family and family oriented events and activities. As a mother, she is very patient and involved. She's our lead cheerleader in all sports events. She even steps in and participates in leadership in Cub Scouts. She believes that it is important that parents be model parents for the purpose of ensuring that not only our child but others can see that love is for eternity.

Our Home and Neighborhood:
We live in a very diverse neighborhood in Tennessee. Our home is a four bedroom and four and a half bath home. Our neighborhood consists of mostly professionals, executives, and business owners; and our neighbors are mostly families with children of all ages. Our neighborhood has many family oriented events throughout the year and participates in school events as a representation of the neighborhood. We love it here.

About Our Son:
Our son, Larry, is a very friendly and compassionate young man. Presently he is eight and is very active. He is in the third grade and makes straight A's in school, all while actively participating in so many community activities such as Cub Scouts, baseball, basketball, soccer, Church, and karate as well as the many activities at school. He loves family.
