Dear Birthmother,

We can't wait to become parents. We have always discussed adoption as a way to build our family, and after experiencing infertility we are excited to adopt our first child. Beth's oldest sister was adopted, so we already know what a blessing adoption is for our family.

About Us
We have been married for almost five years. We are very active and we like going places. We enjoy movies, shopping, fishing, miniature golf, and so much more.

We spend so much time together. We really enjoy taking weekend drives to visit Beth's family in the mountains. We also enjoy cooking out on the grill with our friends and family.

Meet My Husband, Mark
Mark is a very loving and compassionate man. Mark specializes in computer graphics; however, his goal is to one day be a full-time pastor. Mark is an ordained minister in the Church of God and he is a very gifted preacher.

Mark really enjoys the outdoors. He loves to fish. He has been deep sea fishing with his dad several times. Mark loves to go to ball games, whether it is to one of my softball games or to a Braves game to cheer them on to another national championship. In his quiet time, Mark likes to read his Bible, go for walks, and play games on the computer.

Mark is an honorable man. He is so good with children. He can turn a frown into a smile with just one look. He is my best friend and soul mate. I know he will make a wonderful father.

Meet My Wife, Beth
Beth has a heart the size of Texas. She has more love to give than anyone else I know of. Beth works with autistic children, so being with children comes natural to her. In her time alone, Beth enjoys listening to music, going for walks, and reading. She loves singing, acting, writing dramas and plays for our youth and children at church, cooking, and playing softball. My wife has so much to offer as a mom. She is my best friend and partner for life. She is great with children. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind she will be a great mother.

Our Home and Community
We live in Georgia, in a spacious ranch-style home with a completed basement. Our home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Mark's parents live with us in our completed basement and they will be taking care of the baby when we go back to work.

We live in a new community. There are several schools within five minutes of our home and there is a fire station and hospital nearby as well. We are very into sports and our community has a little league for all kinds of sports. There are several parks in our area and our community hosts festivals all the time. There is always something to do.

About Our Family
We have two dogs; a Jack Russell and a Pug. They are great with children. Beth has two sisters and one brother. Her older sister was adopted, and she and Beth are very close. Mark has an older brother and an older sister.

Both families get together for special days such as birthdays and holidays. We love going on vacation as a family to the mountains or the beach. We even have game nights where everyone will come over and we will have a night filled with fun and laughter.

Our Faith
God is an important part of our lives and we put Him first in everything. Our church has an amazing children's program. We are very active in the church. We are cell pastors and elders. Mark serves on the pastor's council and I serve on the ladies board over entertainment. Beth enjoys singing in the choir and on the praise team. She also directs the youth drama team and the children's Christmas play each year. We look forward to sharing our faith with our children.
