Rachel Mahar

Rachel works with Lifetime adoptive families by assisting in the assembly of their adoption profiles. She also provides peer counseling to birthmothers. Rachel shares, "it is such a blessing to be able to take my own personal experience with adoption, as I am a birthmother with an open adoption, and be able to help others out with support and peace in their adoption journey."

She enjoys being able to help make the dream of parenthood come true for adoptive families. Another part of Rachel's job at Lifetime that is rewarding is helping to give birthmothers peace, with knowing that there can be success and life after placement. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys shopping, watching reality TV shows, barbeques, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
