Veronica works with both adoptive families and birthparents in her role as an adoption coordinator. She spends a great deal of time on the phone, delivering on Lifetime's promise to support our birthparents and get them the help that they need. She also feels blessed to be able to help couples become parents through the miracle of adoption.

"It is a privilege to participate in the various stages of adoption with both the families and birthparents," she says. "It is always exciting to witness the joy of the adoptive families, and the promise of a secure future for the child. I'm so happy that we can also offer help and hope to the birthparents as well through scholarships and other assistance. It's important that the birthparents not be forgotten."

Being a mother of three children keeps Veronica on her toes. After successfully working at her last job, homemaker for 11 years, she finds her role at Lifetime very rewarding.

When there is a moment to relish, Veronica likes to play tennis, go on hikes with family and friends, and watch old movies.
