women and childRecently, Lifetime Adoption held a webinar conference call with a birth mother who shared the story of how she chose to make an adoption plan for her son about seven years ago. Adrianne currently stays in touch with her son and his adoptive family; they’d made an open adoption agreement.

In our webinar, the adoptive parents also share their side of the adoption story, and how much they not only love their son but consider his whole birth family part of their own family. You can watch a recording of our adoption webinar here.

As you consider adoption for your child, it may help you to learn about adoption from someone who has moved through the process herself. Adrianne is very honest and candid about the joys and trials of choosing adoption. Even if you’re still unsure about the choice of adoption, we think you’ll be glad to hear her story. Watch the recording of our webinar with birth mom Adrianne here!

If you want talk one-on-one with one of the birth mothers available for peer support, please let us know. Call Lifetime anytime for peer counseling, or with your questions: 1-800-923-6784. You can ask us anything. We’re happy to get you the information you need while you consider adoption and it would be our honor to help you through the process if you decide to take the next step. It’s up to you, but we are here anytime.
