Hello from the beautiful state of Virginia!  We are a fun-loving family of 3, plus our sweet lab, Beau.  Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us. We are so excited to share our silliness, love of Jesus, the joy of family traditions,  and lots of love with your child.  We are praying for your comfort and look forward to speaking with you!

About Us

We met over 9 years ago at work, Carter is a Chef, and Tiffany worked in Administration. Carter is very funny and couldn’t stop making Tiffany smile.  We spoke about adoption when we were dating, and it has been on our hearts ever since.  We keep God at the center of our relationship and love to spend time together. 4 years ago, we were blessed with the birth of our son, Levi.  As a family, we enjoy;

  • Spending time together and our other family members.
  • Cooking and grilling out.
  • Bible Study, prayer, Church time.
  • Going on walks or to the park.
  • Family trips to amusements, parks, the beach, and camping.
  • Bowling.
  • Card/board games.
  • Watching College Football.
  • Having friends over for meals and great conversation.
  • Gardening, yard work, and playing in the yard or at the park.We look forward to becoming a family of 4 through adoption and sharing time together, playing outside, vacations, movie nights, visiting family, playing games, building legos, and so much more!

About My Wife, Tiffany

Tiffany is very kind, dependable, hard-working, loyal, and funny.  She is an amazing Mom and loves her family.  She enjoys baking, gardening, crafts, reading, and working on puzzles.  She is very organized and is great about remembering all of the small details when it comes to family traditions or how to make people feel special.  She never forgets to send out Birthday cards or thank you cards to all of our friends and family. She has a strong passion for God and a heart of gold.  She looks forward to welcoming our next child into the family and reading stories, playing games, and teaching him or her many of her grandmother’s recipes.

About my Husband, Carter

Carter is devoted, hard-working, humble, patient, and super funny!  He is a Chef,  very creative, a great leader, and very talented.  He loves to watch football, go camping, spend time with family, cook wonderful meals, and spend time outside relaxing by the fire. He is a wonderful dad and role model to our son and loves being active in his life. He leaves notes for us in the morning, encouraging us to have a good day and telling us how much he loves us.   He looks forward to loving our next child unconditionally, playing outside with him or her, taking them on “Days with Dad,” and building forts in the living room with them.

Our Son and Family

Our son, Levi, is 4 years old.  He is a very sweet, curious, smart, funny, and athletic little boy who loves superheroes and dinosaurs!  He is in Pre-K, takes karate classes, loves Church, and playing at the park. We know he will be a wonderful big brother and that he’s excited to share his dinosaur knowledge with a sibling!

We are very close with our family.  We have a total of 6 nieces, ages 4 to 11.  Our parents, siblings, and nieces are all so excited about our adoption journey. They’re all thrilled to help us welcome our next child into the family with open arms. They all have so much love to share!

Our Home in Virginia

We live in a safe and friendly small-town suburban neighborhood with great schools.  We have a huge park with a pool, kids ride on train, and a duck pond less than .5 mile from our home and beautiful scenery.  We live in a 2-story cape cod brick-style home with 4 bedrooms. Our finished basement is used as a playroom and 2nd living space.  One of the bedrooms has already been prepared as the nursery for our next child with a crib and furniture.  We like having our home clean, inviting, kid-friendly and cozy.  We love taking walks in our neighborhood, playing in our fenced-in backyard where we have a swing set, and decorating our home for Christmas!   We also love to play with our very friendly dog, Beau, in the backyard.

Our Promise

We promise to give your child a supportive, stable, loving, safe, fun home and a good education. We are committed to raising him or her with Christian morals and values, good manners, and teaching and modeling kindness, love, respect, gratitude, compassion, and honesty. We promise always to tell him or her about you and to always display our love and appreciation for you.  We are open to letters, photos, and visits at your comfort level.  Thank you so much for getting to know us and for considering us as a family for your child.  We would love to hear from you.
