Christian Adoption Coordinator

As a Lifetime Christian Adoption and Family Coordinator, your efforts will be directed toward working with families hoping to adopt a baby. You will assist them with various aspects of the process, including initial applications, gathering and recording information, ensuring files are up-to-date and accurate, and guiding them through the required steps. We are seeking two personable employees with strong people and computer skills to join our Grass Valley team, making the difference in the lives of children and families.

You must have solid computer skills and be familiar with Word, Excel, and preferably have previous experience using a database or CRM program like ACT or Sales Force. You should be internet savvy and a fast typist. You need to be a fast learner and have a solid knowledge of the Bible. Compassion and understanding are valuable assets in this role, as are phone skills and the ability to effectively communicate with others.
