Application and Christian Family Outreach Coordinator

Do you enjoy an office position that has structure and routine?
Do your skills include being internet savvy, a fast learner, and a quick typist?

As an application coordinator, your efforts will be directed toward recruitment and management of applications of adoptive families. You will be responsible for receiving and processing applications to adopt, requesting additional documentation, building relationships with prospective adoptive families, and speaking with families about the next steps in the process. We are seeking one personable employee with people skills interested in joining a team of people making the difference in the lives of children and families.

You must have solid computer skills and be familiar with Word and Excel, as well as experienced with office equipment like printers and scanners. You should be internet savvy and focused on getting things done. Compassion and understanding are valuable assets in this role, as are phone skills and the ability to effectively communicate with others.
