Adoption Coordinator

In Brittany’s position with Lifetime, she walks with birth mothers through the adoption process from beginning to end. Once matched, she helps cultivate a connection between the birth mother and family in hopes they can create a lasting relationship.

Brittany has worked with children and families in some respect since she was 18 years old. Her recent position in child welfare helped open her eyes regarding the foster care system. During a transitional time in Brittany’s career, she saw an available position posted with Lifetime. Brittany realized this was a sign that Lifetime was where she belonged.

She shares: “I feel so blessed to be in a position where I am fulfilling my calling to serve others. Just witnessing the connections between the adoptive families and birth mothers is truly beautiful and heartwarming.”

About her life outside of work, Brittany says, “With three children, I stay busy! As a family, we enjoy movie nights and are HUGE Marvel fans! Our two oldest children play soccer, and you can find us on the field most Saturdays during spring and fall. We love having family BBQs and pizza nights!”
