Meet Joy Diehl: Adoption Coordinator and Your Cheerleader

For Joy Diehl, working in Lifetime’s Adoptive Family Support program isn’t just a job, it’s witnessing the magic of families blossoming. With years of experience working with children and families, Joy finds immense happiness in supporting hopeful adoptive parents on their journeys.

Joy’s Family

Joy says, “Family is everything to me!” Blessed with five sons and a whole crew of ten grandchildren, Joy cherishes every moment shared with them, filled with love, life, and faith. When she’s not cheering on her family, you might find Joy at church, facilitating Bible studies and small groups. Oh, and don’t forget her furry companions: Magnus the dog, and Chunk and Nico, her adorable cats!

“I’m so excited to be part of the adoption journey with the families entrusted to me,” Joy shares. She marvels at how Lifetime brings families together, describing it as a “beautiful thing” orchestrated by God himself.

A Glimpse into Joy’s World:

Joy’s favorite foods are a delicious balance: chocolate and a juicy ribeye steak. Christmas is her favorite holiday, a time for family, faith, and celebration. The beach is her happy place, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. When it comes to activities, Joy enjoys spending quality time with her family, nurturing her plants, and exploring the water on a kayak. Her perfect day? Creating lasting memories with her sons and their families.
