Meet Kelly Galley: Adoption Profile Coordinator

Kelly plays a vital role in supporting adoptive families as they craft their adoption profiles and websites, crucial tools in presenting themselves to potential birth mothers. These profiles offer expectant mothers their initial glimpse into the lives of hopeful adoptive parents and what they can provide for their child.

Kelly finds immense joy in collaborating with families to highlight their distinct traits and attributes, ensuring that birth mothers can identify the perfect match for their child. She enthusiastically shares, “I LOVE working at Lifetime! I get so excited to see God matching adoptive families and birth moms perfectly, like only He can!!”

Sharing her journey, Kelly expresses, “Helping children find their forever families is incredibly rewarding! Adoption holds a special place in my heart, as I’ve adopted two children myself.” Our oldest daughter was adopted from Ethiopia and joined our family when she was just 2 years old, and our youngest daughter was adopted from Lifetime Adoption 13 years ago.

Outside of work, Kelly cherishes moments with her family. Whether cheering on her four children at their sporting events during the school year or embarking on summer adventures to the beach, mountains, or camping, family time is her greatest treasure. She also enjoys leisurely walks with her two dogs, cuddling with her two cats, cozy family movie nights, and bonding with her sisters. Additionally, she lives next door to her parents AND her sister’s family!

Here are a few fast facts about Kelly: She savors steak and pizza, loves a fountain Coke and hot chai tea, holds Thanksgiving dear, finds solace in contemporary Christian worship music, and enjoys the humor and heartwarming moments of “The Proposal.” Her favorite colors are orange and purple, and she draws strength from her favorite scripture verse, Proverbs 3:5-6.

Kelly finds fulfillment in a variety of experiences, including raising four children and supporting her husband, who serves as the pastor of their church. Whether it’s enjoying family vacations, participating in mission trips, or enthusiastically cheering loudly for her kids at their sporting events, Kelly’s enthusiasm for life shines through in everything she does.
