Kim loves her job at Lifetime! She joined the Lifetime family in 2003 and has been fortunate to serve the company in several ways, bringing warmth, encouragement, and expertise to every step of the adoption journey. As a trusted guide for hopeful adoptive families, she helps provide clarity, direction, and confidence through what can feel like an overwhelming process.

With a heart for connection, Kim is known for her supportive, approachable style—balancing professionalism with genuine empathy. She enjoys encouraging families to take their next steps with confidence while offering practical insights and resources along the way.

In addition to her role with Lifetime Adoption, Kim cohosts the Let’s Talk Adoption podcast, where she shares real stories and helpful guidance to inspire and equip adoptive families. Organized and detail-oriented, she ensures families feel both supported and prepared, making the path to adoption a little less daunting and a lot more hopeful.

“Personally, it’s been very gratifying to work for a company that allows such mobility within its walls — the chance to really be a part of so many programs and projects that are ongoing at Lifetime. Since I’ve been able to be a part of so many sides of Lifetime, I have seen firsthand the amount of care that goes into each adoption, not to mention the way the staff really puts their hearts into what they do,” she said. “I have seen God’s plan in action, with the adoptive families, with the birth mothers, and also within the lives of the staff. There’s something that comes with working in a place like this, that is so uncommonly rewarding — not to mention the awesome friendships that have developed along the way!”
