Lifetime Adoption Founder and Adoptive Mom, Mardie Caldwell, C.O.A.P.

We’re so glad you took the time to complete your adoption application. This is an important step, and we’re honored you’ve chosen to share this part of your story with us.

Your application has been received and is now in review. Our team is carefully looking through the information you provided so we can determine how we may be able to move forward together.

What to Expect Next

Over the next few business days, our team will review your application.

If we need additional information, or if it looks like there may be an available opening that aligns with your adoption preferences, someone from Lifetime will reach out by phone, email, or text.

For now, there’s nothing you need to do other than keep an eye out for communication from us and respond if contacted. Staying in touch helps us continue the process without delays.

A Personal Approach to Adoption

At Lifetime, we believe adoption works best when families and expectant mothers are cared for personally and thoughtfully. For that reason, we work with a limited number of adoptive families at a time. This allows our team to give each family the time and attention they deserve, while also providing consistent care and support to the women considering adoption.

Every adoption situation is unique. Our role is to bring clarity, understanding, and steady guidance as adoption plans take shape.

The Heart Behind Lifetime

Lifetime Adoption was founded in 1986 by Mardie Caldwell, whose own path to adoption shaped the heart of this organization. After experiencing seven pregnancy losses, Mardie built her family through adoption. Out of that journey came a deep understanding of both loss and hope, and a desire to create an adoption program grounded in compassion, honesty, and care.

That heart continues to guide our work today as we support families and expectant mothers with respect and integrity.

How We Support Families

Families who move forward with Lifetime receive guidance and support throughout the adoption process, including:

  • A designated adoption coordinator to walk with you step by step
  • Careful screening and support for expectant mothers
  • Personal guidance as you prepare your adoption profile, video, and personal website
  • Education and encouragement along the way
  • Financial education and coaching options for families who need them
  • Ongoing support before and after placement

Our team is here to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you navigate each stage as it comes.

Staying Connected

As your application is being reviewed, you’re welcome to explore our educational resources and upcoming webinars designed for families considering adoption.

If you have questions in the meantime, you may also call or text us at (727) 493-0933.

We look forward to being in touch soon.

One Last Thought

You don’t need to have everything figured out today. This step simply opens the door to a conversation, and we’re grateful you’ve taken it.
