Carson & Jules

Hi there from South Louisiana! We’re Carson & Jules. Our story started back in high school where we met at a cross-country practice and have been together since! Over the last 13 years, we have loved each other throughout life’s highs and lows and are so excited to begin this journey through adoption.

We are committed to providing a safe and warm environment where our children know they are loved and valued. We are looking forward to getting to know you and are so grateful for your consideration.

About Us

We are high school sweethearts and have been together since 2013. We have been married for 6 years and have a 3-year-old son named Charlie. One of our greatest bonds is our love for running! We are passionate about staying active and healthy, not only for ourselves but for our children as well. We also love to explore our town and take a trip to the farmer’s market each week, playing cards, and going to bingo nights.

After experiencing a serious complication after the birth of our son, we knew that the safest and best route to grow our family would be through adoption. We have spent the last few years considering when and how to move forward, and are so ready to begin this journey!

About Jules

I have been a financial advisor for the past 6 years and love helping families feel confident in their finances. I really enjoy my work and have a very flexible schedule. I also work from home most days of the week.

In my free time, I love going for runs and painting or sketching in our backyard. Our backyard is my favorite part of our home. It is so serene, and most of the time butterflies and hummingbirds are buzzing around us. It is the perfect spot to relax. I look forward to sharing my love of art with our next child and encouraging them to express their creativity.

Carson says: Jules loves to make others laugh and always knows how to lighten the mood. She is honest and straightforward, but never unkind when she talks to others. She is very hard working and does not do anything halfway.

About Carson

I am a general manager at Panda Express. I have been in the service industry for over a decade. I love my work because I get to talk with people all day and have a chance to make their day brighter.

When I am not working, I love endurance sports like running and biking. I also love relaxing with Jules and Charlie at home. We love to sit outside and watch movies. I am so excited to show our next child how to play sports and have the opportunity to coach their little league teams.

Jules says: Carson is the life of the party! Where I am reserved and quiet, Carson is social and outgoing. He loves talking with people and learning about them. He is also the most patient and kind person I have ever met. He is calm in high stress situations and knows how to find a silver-lining in any situation.

Our Family

We have a 3-year-old little boy named Charlie who is super active and such a goofball. He is always on the go and loves meeting new people. He has many cousins, both younger and older, who he has the best time playing with. He is so loving and will be the best big brother. We also love animals and have a few cats that we’ve rescued over the years who are so friendly and good with kids.

When it comes to our extended family, we have a great support system on both sides! Our parents both live near us and are the best grandparents we could ask for. Our entire family is supportive of our adoption journey and so excited to meet the newest member of our family.

Our Home in Louisiana

We consider our home our safe space! Our house is spacious but cozy. We love hosting family get-togethers and having the space for family and friends to visit.

We have 4 bedrooms and a playroom that is filled to the brim with Charlie’s toys. We also have a fenced backyard. When we purchased our home, we wanted to make sure we had room to expand our family and allow for our children to have their own friends over as they grow up. Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly.

We are surrounded by family who are all a short drive from us. We also have many parks and splash pads that we frequent often.
