Hi! We’re Rebecca and Christian, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to share our hearts and story with you. Ours is one that began as neighbors in 1996, grew into love in 2016, and led us to marriage in 2020. Looking back, it’s clear that God was quietly guiding our paths long before we understood the plan.
That same faith carries us into adoption. Just as our lives were meant to find one another, we believe God is already creating the connection that will lead us to our child, at exactly the right time, in exactly the right way.
We look forward to creating a lifetime of memories in our home, which is rooted in faith, love, communication and trust. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing space where a child can grow, be celebrated, and always know how deeply they are loved.

About Us
Growing up as neighbors in our teen years, life took us on separate journeys only to beautifully intertwine again 20 years later, thanks to the wonders of Facebook. Our reconnection ignited an instant spark, and for 10 wonderful years we’ve shared the joys of a beautiful life together. We love our adventurous days biking, kayaking, and traveling just as much as our tranquil low-key nights at home reading or doing a puzzle.
Our journey toward parenthood has been marked by resilience and unwavering faith. Despite facing challenges, we remain strong in our belief that our family is destined to grow through adoption, guided by God’s love and grace. We dream of creating a home filled with love, laughter, bedtime stories, and the pitter-patter of little feet. From family outings to cozy nights at home, we look forward to building traditions and sharing a lifetime of cherished moments with our future child.
Rebecca (Through Christian's Eyes)
Anyone who knows my wife would describe her as nurturing, selfless, and incredibly resilient. I see it every day in the way she cares for the people around her, in the love she pours into everything she does, and in the quiet strength she shows through life’s challenges. She believes with her whole heart that love is the greatest gift we can give, and she embodies that belief in every action. I am constantly in awe of her.
Rebecca’s also incredibly smart and accomplished. As a Sr. Analytics Manager in the travel industry, she brings both sharp intellect and creative problem-solving to her work. Yet she balances her career with grace, making sure there’s always room for family, laughter, and the everyday moments that matter most. Watching her navigate life with such skill and heart, I know she’s going to be an amazing mom who’s fully present, endlessly patient, and overflowing with love.
In her free time, she loves exploring the world, reading books, and connecting with friends. She is everyone’s go to for advice or a fun chat, but what lights her up the most is family. I am endlessly grateful to call her my wife, my best friend, and my partner in every adventure. I can’t wait to see her embrace motherhood with the same devotion and joy she brings to everything she does.
Christian (Through Rebecca's Eyes)
Christian is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly hardworking, but what stands out most is his heart. He approaches life with a hands-on, can-do attitude and an infectious joy that draws people in. He loves making others happy, and being married to him has shown me what it truly means to feel supported, loved, and cared for. He is genuinely the best husband, and I know with absolute certainty he will be an amazing father.
Christian owns his own business as a Medicare Consultant, helping senior citizens navigate their healthcare needs with care, patience, and a lot of compassion. He’s beloved by the people he works with. In fact, most of his business comes from referrals because of the trust and love he inspires. We’re especially grateful that his work is not only meaningful, but also flexible, allowing him to be present, involved, and hands-on as a future dad.
Outside of work, Christian is always on the move! He loves staying active with tennis and mountain biking, tending to our lawn and pool, and working on home projects. He’s a hit with the kiddos in the neighborhood, usually tossing the football around or shooting hoops. But just as much as he can be rambunctious with the boys, he’s also the same wonderful guy who has spent many afternoons having imaginary tea with a sea of stuffed animals with our nieces. He’s going to be the type of father any child would wish for.
Our Amazing Family
While we don’t have any children yet, we are surrounded with lots of family including nieces, nephews, and bonus kids (godchildren and children of close friends). We have 15 family members who live within a few blocks. Several other family members live across Georgia, Puerto Rico, and Brazil, most of whom we see a few times per year. Holidays are huge in our home, and we generally have upwards of 20+ guests during birthdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are a party of 2 but a village of many. One of our family group chats alone has 60+ people. Love is abundant here!
We have fun family game nights quite often. Every year we take a few big family vacations where wonderful memories are made, and Sunday mornings are reserved for God/church.
Our Home in Florida
We love our home in in sunny Florida! It’s a spacious, 2-story, 5-bedroom house with a pool, and it’s the place where we feel most at peace. Our nursery will be in a corner bedroom upstairs, just next to ours, with a big window that fills the room with natural light. Our neighborhood is extremely safe and our neighbors are like family. Our front yard provides plenty of space for play, and our backyard allows for splashing around, barbeques, and spending time lounging in the Florida sunshine. We are a 1-minute walk from an outstanding, highly rated school, minutes from a huge zoo and several parks, about 30 minutes to the beach, and an hour to the Florida Keys. We are right on the edge of the suburbs and an agricultural area, so we can go from great restaurants, libraries, entertainment and shopping to farms, strawberry and sunflower fields, and mango trees in a 10-minute span. Despite its size, our home is extremely comfy and inviting.

Our Special Interests
Adventure and exploration are the beating heart of our shared passions and interests. Traveling is not just a hobby, it's a calling that has led us to discover the wonders of 17 states, 3 U.S. territories, and 17 countries. Every journey is an opportunity to embrace the thrill of the unknown, whether we're kayaking on every body of water we encounter or satisfying Christian's love for mountain biking in scenic landscapes. We've also set sail on 15 cruises, adding a touch of maritime magic to our adventures. The world has been our playground, and each expedition defines the adventurous spirit of our life together.
Our Faith
We are Christians and actively participate in our faith by attending vibrant church services every Sunday. Our church exudes a lively atmosphere filled with uplifting songs of praise and worship that resonate with our spiritual journey. We often accompany neighbors and family to services, fostering a shared bond in our faith. Beyond the spiritual nourishment, our church provides opportunities to extend a helping hand to the community through various initiatives like food drives, toy drives, and school supply donations. Engaging in these church-sponsored activities allows us to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of our local community. Our church is not just a place of worship; it's a close-knit community that feels like home, and our hearts are filled with love for the faith we share.
Our Musical Interest
Music is a constant presence inside (and outside) of our home. In fact, Christian usually has music playing all day while working and Rebecca generally has her playlists on when getting ready to leave the house. Sometimes we even turn our living room into a dance floor where we let loose and as they say, "dance like no one is watching". We sing our hearts out, making up silly songs while hanging out and cooking. Our musical tastes are extremely diverse, ranging from pop and R&B to the spicy beats of salsa and the beautiful hymns of praise and worship. We love going to concerts and Rebecca is a huge theatre buff. Christian may not join Rebecca's sentiments too much for musicals, but he always goes and keeps an open mind (He actually loved Hamilton and Wicked).
Love Language
Love is not the only language spoken in our home. In addition to English, we are both fluent in Spanish. In fact, Christian is also fluent in Portuguese and Rebecca understands and reads French.
Spanish: El amor no es el único idioma hablado en nuestra casa. Además del inglés, somos fluidos en español. De hecho, Christian también habla fluidamente Portugués y Rebecca comprende y lee en francés.
Portuguese: O amor não é o único idioma falado em nossa casa. Além do inglês, ambos somos fluentes em espanhol. Na verdade, Christian também é fluente em português, e Rebecca compreende e lê em
francês.
French: L'amour n'est pas le seul langage parlé chez nous. En plus de l'anglais, nous sommes tous deux fluent en espagnol. En fait, Chris parle couramment le portugais et Rebecca comprend et lit le français.
