Hello! Thank you for considering us as an adoptive family for your child. Adoption is already close to our hearts because Daniel was adopted into his family. We see adoption as a journey of love and hope. We can’t wait to share with a child our love for the outdoors, cherishing time with family, and serving those in need. We both work in nursing and value health and staying active. It would be our privilege to get to know you and to be chosen to adopt your child. We’re open to adopting a boy or girl who is biracial with African American and any racial background. Our dream is to create a warm and supportive place where our future son or daughter can thrive and grow.

A Little About Us

How we met, as told by Robin: I met Daniel while working a travel nurse assignment. We connected over shared interests and quickly found that we shared a passion for adventure and helping others, which formed the foundation of our relationship. We dated a year and have now been happily married over 4 years. We’re still head over heels for one another, every day.

As a couple we enjoy:
• Cooking new recipes to share with family and friends
• Camping and hiking
• Playing sports, like golf or tennis
• Traveling
• Movie nights in our backyard
• Hosting friends and family gatherings or game nights
• Serving others in our church or around our community

Our Home in Indiana

We love the sense of community and the friendly atmosphere here in Indiana. Our neighbors are welcoming and care about one another. We’re surrounded by beautiful parks and green spaces, perfect for family outings and outdoor fun. There are many things to experience, from cultural events and festivals to farmers markets with fresh produce and handmade goods. Where we live there is a balance of small-town charm with quick access to larger cities, making it easy to enjoy both peaceful living and fun activities.

Our home is warm and inviting, with 5 bedrooms perfect for growing our family. We have already set up a cozy nursery, decorated in soft colors for a boy or a girl, with the essentials ready to welcome our child. Our house has an open and spacious layout, which we love for having friends and family over often. We also have a large yard with plenty of space for playing outside, gardening, family gatherings or barbecues, or just relaxing around the fire pit. We’re excited to raise a family here!

Life in Our Family

As a blended family, we have 3 adult daughters who are all in their twenties and on their own. They each work in the medical field like us. We get together often for family dinners, game nights, or for outdoor adventures. Our family thrives on connection and shared experiences. When we got married we talked with our girls about our dream to grow our family through adoption and they have been so supportive. Chantelle, Emoni, and Devin Marie will be wonderful big sisters and positive role models for the child we welcome into our family.

We come from a large, close-knit extended family and have a great circle of close friends who feel like family to us. Our loved ones are supportive, caring, and always ready to lend a hand or get together. We gather often for holidays, birthdays, and everything in between. Everyone is excited about our plans to adopt, especially since adoption is already a very special part of our family’s story as Daniel and his sister were adopted themselves.

Our Promise

Our hearts are already full of love and commitment to providing the child we’re chosen to adopt with a safe, nurturing, and supportive home. We promise to offer guidance and a foundation built on trust and respect. It’s important to us that our children feel valued, cherished, and encouraged to pursue their dreams. We will always be there to listen, help, and celebrate their unique qualities and talents. Education is a priority and we’ll support their learning, to help them grow into confident, compassionate individuals. In our family we are devoted to making sure each member has a sense of belonging, security, and joy.

We are truly grateful to be considered as your child’s adoptive parents. We see adoption as a beautiful way to grow a family, built on love and connection. If you want, we will value and maintain an open adoption with you. We would love to share letters, updates, and milestones! We want your child to know their story and how many people love him or her. We already have so much love and respect for you. We promise to honor the trust you place in us. It would be our pleasure to get to know more about you. More About Our Family

Fun Facts About Us

Robin: I have a quirky talent for impersonating various cartoon characters with my squeaky voice! People often tell me I should do voiceovers because I can mimic the catch phrases from popular animated shows. I love making others laugh with my little performances and can’t wait to share that playful spirit with a child.

Daniel: I have been into sports and the outdoors for as long as I can remember. I am an avid golfer, and have played travel basketball and competed in swimming. As a child, I also spent time babysitting and tutoring younger kids, which I feel helped me develop a nurturing side.

What Matters to Us

We value kindness, honesty, and open communication. It’s important to us to create an environment filled with love, respect, and acceptance. We care about those around us and try to make a positive impact on the lives of others, whenever possible. Our Christian faith and church community is also important to us. We attend a welcoming, supportive church where they value belonging, spiritual growth, and helping others. The friendships we’ve made through our church have been amazing. Together we stay involved and enjoy participating in various church activities, such as community outreach programs, baked goods give-aways, and worship services.

Our Favorite Traditions

• Going camping in the RV with our daughters
• Playing sports in the yard
• Weekend picnics or boating at the lake
• Disney vacations with our extended family
• Going to performing arts or gala events with our loved ones
• Summer barbecues with friends and family at our house

Our Dog

Bruce is our friendly, energetic Black Lab. Bruce loves to play fetch and enjoys spending time with the family. He’s a loyal, alert dog who adores children.
