Warm greetings from sunny South Carolina, where the summers are long and the winters are mild! We’re so excited for the chance to connect with you, hear your story, and understand what you’re looking for in adoptive parents for your child.

We cherish spending quality time together—whether it’s hosting family and friends, enjoying long walks, or having fun date nights at the theater, a great restaurant, or simply exploring something new.

We would be honored to hear your hopes for your child’s future. We can’t wait to meet you and begin this blessed journey together.

About Us

Our love story began with a blind date that turned into a lifelong promise. Nearly six years later, we still wake up every day choosing each other and feeling grateful for the life we are building together.

Our journey together has been one of adventure and resilience. We exchanged our vows during the pandemic, traveled the world, and faced fertility challenges that ultimately led us to the beautiful gift of adoption. That experience has shaped our hearts in the most meaningful ways.

We enjoy the simple moments that bring us closer–taking walks through our neighborhood and downtown, going to the theater for musicals and Broadway shows, and exploring local restaurants as self-proclaimed food lovers. These little traditions fill our lives with joy and connection.

Our home is filled with faith, laughter, and love, and we are excited to grow our family again through adoption. We look forward to welcoming another child into a life where they will be deeply loved, supported, and encouraged to dream big.

About Lesley

I’m a corporate marketing leader with a passion for creative writing, fashion, decorating, and singing. A girly girl and girl boss at heart, I love expressing myself through style and embracing life with faith, fun, and adventure. Whether I’m traveling, singing, dancing or finding moments to relax, I live life to the fullest and cherish time with my husband, daughter, family, and lifelong friends.

My sister is my best friend, and I’m a proud mama’s girl who values the deep bonds we share. Known as the “inspirational one” among my circles, I’m all about positivity and encouragement. I love getting lost in rom-coms and action thrillers, and collecting coffee mugs on my travels—a quirky obsession everyone loves teasing me about.

Being “Hontie” to my nieces and nephews and “LeLe” to my godchildren fills my heart with joy, and I love encouraging and celebrating who they are. Becoming a mom has always been my dream, and I can’t wait to share my love, creativity, and joy-filled life with another little one.

About Jermaine

I’m a realtor with a love for history, science, films, theater, museums, and exploring new places. An early riser, I stay active with workouts, runs, or bike rides to keep my energy up all day. I’m passionate about traveling, immersing myself in culture, and enjoying long walks through parks or downtown streets.

At home, I bring creativity to life in the kitchen, whipping up gourmet meals for my wife, family, and friends. I love hosting gatherings, sharing laughs, and making memories. I’m also an avid reader, drawn to books on entrepreneurship and personal growth, always eager to learn and evolve.

At heart, I’m easygoing, fun-loving, and a believer in the power of laughter to brighten life. Becoming a dad fills me with excitement and gratitude—I can’t wait to share love, laughter, and life’s lessons with our children. I’m honored by the opportunity to create a home full of warmth, support, and joy.

Our Family

We are a family of three and welcomed our daughter through adoption, a gift that has shaped our hearts and deepened our love in ways we could have never imagined. Our daughter is 7½ months old and is a very happy baby who fills our days with laughter and joy. She loves when we read to her, and her favorite book right now is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. She enjoys playtime, being on the move, and discovering new things. Whether she’s exploring little obstacles, playing hide-and-seek with us, or learning along with the Ms. Rachel – Toddler Learning Videos YouTube show, she approaches the world with curiosity and excitement. Watching her grow and learn has been one of the greatest joys of our lives.

Family has always been at the center of our relationship, grounding us in faith, love, and unwavering support. Our mothers live nearby and we see them weekly, while our siblings both local and out of state remain an active and cherished part of our lives. One of our fathers lives out of state, and we deeply value staying closely connected with him as well.

Beyond our relatives, we are surrounded by a strong circle of friends who have become our chosen family. Together, they form a vibrant, loving village that surrounds us with constant encouragement and care. Whether it’s holidays or simple everyday moments, our village comes together for laughter, shared stories, and meaningful connection.

From grandparents to lifelong friends, our entire circle is eagerly waiting to welcome another child into this ever-growing embrace of love. We are overjoyed to share this incredible community with our children.

Our Home in South Carolina

Our warm, faith-filled home is built on kindness, respect, and open communication. With three bedrooms, plenty of outdoor space, and a privacy fence, it’s a secure and inviting place to grow, play, and relax.

Located near parks, the children’s museum, and downtown attractions, our home makes family outings easy and fun. Our welcoming neighborhood feels like family, especially during the holidays when we enjoy gift-swapping with neighbors as a festive tradition.

Faith is central to our lives, and Sunday worship is a time for reflection and connection. We love giving back through community projects and charity events. Weekends are for slowing down, savoring the little things like our breakfast favorites, enjoying park walks, and strolling downtown.

Our home is full of love and laughter, and we are ready to embrace the new joy another child will add to our family.

Our Promise

Trusting in God’s promises, we are grateful for the blessing of adoption that has already shaped our family and feel hopeful and ready to embrace it again. We promise to provide a loving, nurturing, and joyful home where your child will feel cherished, confident, and supported as they grow.

This is a journey we will not take lightly. We promise to dedicate our lives to giving our child the love, guidance, and opportunities they deserve. Our commitment is to prioritize their well-being, nurture their self-esteem, and create a life filled with love, laughter, and possibilities.

We are open to maintaining a connection with you through pictures, updates, and as much contact as you feel comfortable with, ensuring you remain a meaningful part of their story. It would be our greatest joy and privilege to share this incredible path with you.

We’d love to talk or answer any of your questions. Please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.

Warmly,
Lesley & Jermaine

A Journey of Faith and Expectation

Our journey to grow our family again through adoption is rooted in faith and filled with expectation. Having already witnessed the beauty of God's timing, we wait with trust, believing that just as before, the right story is unfolding in ways we may not yet see. This season is one of patience, prayer, and hopeful anticipation.

Our thoughts on Parenthood

1. Parenthood, to us, is stewardship. We see parenting as a sacred responsibility - guiding, nurturing, and creating space for our children to discover who they are. It's about leading with love, modeling integrity, and building a foundation rooted in faith.

2. We believe childhood should feel safe, joyful and expansive. From family dinners and theater nights to travel and new experiences, we want our children to grow up curious about the world and confident in who they are, always knowing they are deeply loved.

3. Family is our greatest treasure. We intentionally build a life centered around connection--weekly time with grandparents, strong friendships that feel like family, and shared experiences that become lifelong memories. Our children are surrounded by a village that shows up.

Things we love about where we live

We love how close we are to everything we need and enjoy!

1. We’re just minutes away from all our favorite spots, making it easy to spend time together exploring.
2. Downtown is only a quick 4-minute drive, perfect for spontaneous outings with family and friends.
3. Our neighborhood feels so welcoming, with spacious sidewalks for strolls and beautifully maintained streets that make every walk feel special.
4. Being centrally located makes visiting family a breeze—we’re never too far from those who matter most.
5. With grocery stores and shopping centers right around the corner, running errands is simple and stress-free.
6. There’s always something happening here. The lively energy and friendly faces make it feel like home.
7. Road trips to the mountains or the beach are easy to plan for fun weekend getaways to unwind and explore.
