Watch Our Video
Hello from Michigan! We are Jordan & Kenzie. Even though we haven’t met yet, we pray for you and your baby all the time. We started talking about adoption early in our relationship while we were dating. We believe adoption is such a beautiful image of what God has done for us and the love He has shown us. We desire to grow our family, and love and welcome a new baby into our home through adoption. We believe this is the right time for our family to say “yes” to adopting. Our hearts and our home are ready. Thank you for taking a moment to learn about us and our family. We are so thankful that you would consider our family to adopt and love your child.
About Us
We are college sweethearts and have been married for 12 years. We love Jesus and are very involved in our church. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, and of course our kiddos.
After struggling with infertility for years, we know the pain of loss and have also experienced the joy and blessing of life in the children God continues to give us and fill our home and hearts with. We find so much joy in being parents and have always been hopeful for a large family one day. We love watching the bond between our kids as they grow together and they are so excited to have another brother or sister. Our hearts have so much love left to give!
Some things we enjoy are:
About Kenzie
Jordan says: Kenzie is an absolutely wonderful stay-at-home mama. Our family is so blessed because of her. Kenzie gives love and care to our kids every day and has more love in her heart to welcome another baby into our family through adoption. She serves our family with passion every day. She is the homemaker, organizer, meal planner, head chef, teacher, and comforter for our family. Kenzie enjoys teaching and homeschooling our kids. She is passionate, communicative, and a little stubborn at times. She enjoys her morning coffee and reads the Bible every day before the kids get up. She loves family walks and gets excited thinking about adding another baby in the stroller on walks with our kids through the neighborhood. She loves growing vegetables in her garden and baking fresh bread. She looks forward to bringing another child to playdates with our kids and other friends.

About Jordan
Kenzie says: Jordan is my favorite person in the world, my best friend, and the best dad! He is the most selfless person, with endless energy. He is a business owner and team leader and does his job with passion and integrity. He works so hard to provide for our family and never complains. At home he is helpful around the house and loves spending time with the kids. As soon as dinner is over, he’s the life of the party with the kids! There is not a parenting job Jordan won’t do. With our future baby, Jordan will get up to help in the night, he’s an expert at bath time, and will help with lots of diaper changes. He’s a champ at caring for me and the kids when I’m sick or running low on energy. Jordan loves the Lord, is an amazing leader for our family that we all look up to, and we all eagerly await his arrival for dinner at the end of each day!

Our Family
Our Kids: We have two children and are pregnant with baby #3 (due in May 2026). We have a son, Thaddeus (Thad) who is 4 years old, and a daughter, Hazel, who is almost 2 years old. Thad is fun, energetic, talkative, and a tender older brother to Hazel. Hazel is a daring, cheerful, and adventurous little lady trying to keep up with her older brother.
Extended Family: Both sets of grandparents are very involved in our kids’ lives and so excited to welcome more grandkids, both biologically and through the gift of adoption. Having a family beach day at the grand parents’ lake house is a favorite summer activity, and going on a bike ride to a park and getting ice cream is another favorite.
Our Friends: Friendship and hospitality are big priorities in our life. We are super involved in our church, and we love having friends, family, and neighbors over to our home, enjoying a simple meal, serving them, and spending time together having fun. We love celebrating birthdays and holidays together with special food, decor, and parties. Our kids’ birthday parties are usually a large, themed celebration filled with friends, family, food, and fun.
We Love Our Home in Michigan
We love Michigan and it’s our home! We’ve taken great care to create a home that is fun and safe for kids to play and learn. We have a ranch-style home with a large fenced in back yard and a finished basement, giving plenty of room for the kids to run and play during the summer and winter seasons. Our backyard has a fun swing set, a garden, a hammock, and a chicken coop. We love hosting friends and family for dinner on our patio and kicking a soccer ball around with the kids in the yard. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and our neighborhood is a great place to go on walks, ride bikes and scooters, or enjoy our tree swing in the front yard.
Our basement is a fun place to hang out when it’s cold or rainy; we have a fun play area. The kitchen is the heart of our home. It’s where we make meals together and enjoy spending lots of time around the table or having family dance parties. We homeschool and enjoy a very active play-based learning approach. We live close to a park with a splash pad, and many great parks in our area are great for a picnic or to play and make fun family memories.
A Message From Our Family to You
We promise to love your child unconditionally, to care for them, protect them, provide for them, love them and guide them. We promise to read them lots of books, and give them plenty of hugs, kisses and snuggles! We believe that children truly are a blessing from the Lord, and we view parenting as one of the most precious gifts God has given us to treasure and care for their little souls. The most important thing we are hoping to share with all our children is our faith in the Lord Jesus and the love He has for them.
We love the saying “let your ceiling be their floor,” where our children get to climb higher and grow more than we have in life. We want to set them up for not just an amazing, loving, and fun childhood, but an amazing life, one where they can go into the world confident and successful when they are grown with a firm foundation in Christ Jesus.
We are looking to have an open adoption, and would send letters, photos, emails if that is something you desire. We want you to know how your child is doing and how loved they are in our home and family.
We’d love to talk or answer any of your questions. Please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.

More About Our Family

- Christmas cookies, gingerbread house creations, hot coco, and driving around looking at Christmas lights
- A cozy warm fire in the basement fireplace while playing games with the kids or watching a movie
- Enjoying one of the longest days of the year in the sun celebrating July 4th with fireworks at the lake with family and friends
How do we react when life isn't going perfectly?
Sometimes things don't go as planned. Sometimes the kids are tired, hungry, or in a mood. Sometimes your son somehow completely misses his diaper and pees on the floor of Home Depot! When this happens, we try to pause, laugh a little, show grace and patience, and make the best of out any situation. We are all in this together as a family!
Who helps with the household chores and daily tasks?
-Kenzie does most of the cooking, Jordan does most of the grilling
-Kenzie is the meal planner and grocery getter, Jordan does the clean-up and trash
-We both clean the bathrooms (and toilets!)
-Thaddeus has little daily chores like straightening the shoes & making his bed
What's one of our favorite moments in the day?
Kenzie: a little reading, coffee, and quiet time before the kids wake up
Jordan: Pulling in the driveway and seeing the kids at the window or door smiling and jumping up and down
