Welcome to our family’s story! We’re a dynamic couple, known for our dedication to working hard and playing even harder. From bustling weekdays filled with the 8-5 workday, exercising, or church small groups to lazy Sunday afternoons spent lounging together, we cherish every moment as a family.

Our bond extends beyond our home’s walls. We’re deeply rooted in our community and find joy in our active involvement in church activities. Whether we’re volunteering, attending services, or simply connecting on a Sunday, our faith is the cornerstone of our lives.

About Us

We met in college and were instantly drawn to each other’s company. Five years of dating filled with intermural sports, late night studying, and lots of laughter led to marriage. We have now been married eleven years and our bond continues to grow stronger with each passing year.

God writes a lot of different stories that are beyond expectation and imagination and ours is no exception. We knew we wanted to be parents but when the roadblocks kept coming, we kept praying and asking God, “What is your plan?” He has shown us without a doubt that adoption is our next great adventure, and we are so excited to start our family!

About Britt

Logan says: Britt has a passion for building and creating – whether it’s constructing intricate Lego structures or nurturing meaningful connections with others. When she’s not busy coaching softball and fostering relationships with college-age kids over the past decade, you’ll find her lacing up her running shoes for marathon training or hitting the gym to stay active and healthy. With her boundless energy and unwavering dedication, Britt brings joy and inspiration to all those fortunate enough to cross her path.

About Logan

Britt says: Logan is a versatile individual who thrives on both the satisfaction of transforming spaces through home renovations and the peacefulness of spending a day on the water fishing. He’s committed to maintaining an active lifestyle, whether he’s pushing his limits in preparation for an Ironman or hitting the gym for a workout. Despite his busy schedule, Logan’s heart is never far from his furry companion (our dog), whom he spoils with affection and treats at every opportunity.

• Supporting Britt in her ministering to youth

Logan looks forward to…I’m excited to teach our child kindness, resilience, and curiosity through fishing, hiking, and creative projects like building birdhouses. I’m eager to create a loving home with family traditions, where our child feels safe to grow and make lasting memories.

Our Family

We’re a tight-knit bunch, deeply rooted in the warmth of family bonds. Living near Logan’s family, we relish in the joy of weekly meals, festive birthdays, and holiday gatherings. Though Britt’s family resides a bit further, distance never dims our connection. Whether we extend a work trip to visit, birthdays, or holiday celebrations, we always find a way to come together and savor the precious moments with loved ones.

• Yearly St. Pete beach trip with Logan’s extended family

• Christmas photo–Started as an accident, but is now a yearly tradition to have a Christmas character photo bomb our background

Our Home in Indiana

Our home is a spacious, four-bedroom house set on 5 peaceful acres in the countryside. It offers the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and room to grow. One of our favorite spaces is the fenced-in backyard—it’s ideal for playing, gardening, or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit on cool evenings.

Inside, our home is warm and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and cozy gathering spaces. There’s a bonus room that will make a wonderful nursery or playroom, and lots of room for games, reading, and family time. We love the balance of open space and privacy our home gives us—both indoors and out.

We’re surrounded by kind, caring neighbors, many with young children. It’s a place where kids ride bikes together, play outside, and grow up surrounded by a strong sense of community.

We’ve created a home where a child can feel safe, free to explore, and deeply loved—a place full of laughter, traditions, and everyday moments that turn into lifelong memories.
