Hi from the top of the Texas Panhandle! We are Trevor and Mollie, and we are so excited for this opportunity to grow our family through adoption. We are a husband-and-wife duo who love the Lord, our families, and exploring the world!
We are so thankful that you are taking the time to read through our profile to learn a bit about who we are as a family. This journey is one that we are ready to embark on with you and look forward to getting to know you during this time.
About Us
We have been together for 4 years and married for 3 years. We met online through a dating app and we both have said that after the first few dates we knew that this was the end game for us. It didn’t take us long after dating to get engaged and plan a wedding.
We love traveling together, solving escape rooms, movie nights on the couch, and being with our friends and family. We are looking forward to family trips to the mountains, movie nights at home, and snuggling with our little one during naps.
We knew from our first date that we both wanted kids and we wanted to start building our family right away. Mollie was very open from that date that she wanted to adopt, whether she had biological children or not — she had that calling since high school. Trevor was very open to the thought of adoption as well. After trying to grow our family on our own, and lots of prayer, we knew it was the right time to move forward with adoption. We are so ready to bring a child into our family and show them the love of Christ each day.
Our child is going to get to experience new places, new people and all sorts of learning moments with us as we take them on our adventures! They will also get the joy of getting to learn school at home while experiencing what life has to offer at the same time.
About Mollie
Trevor says: Mollie is one of the most outgoing, fun-loving, and joyful people I know. She has a way of making people feel welcome and bringing energy and excitement wherever she goes. She loves being around people, whether she’s spending time with family and friends, planning an event, photographing a wedding, or simply enjoying a fun day together.

I’m especially excited to see her become a mom and experience all of these things as a family. I’m so excited about the simple moments with her and our child—trips to the park, afternoons at the playground, reading together, laughing around the house, and all the little everyday adventures that make family life so special.
About Trevor
Mollie says: Trevor is one of the gentlest souls I have ever met. I have seen glimpses of how he will be as a dad when we are around our niece. He loves building towers with her, letting her chase him around, and showing her how to think outside the box with her games. His smile and joy during those moments show me how amazing of a dad he will be to our child.
Some of my favorite things about Trevor:
He will make such an amazing father. He will teach our child to play pickleball, show them what Christ’s love looks like, and teach them to give their all in everything they do.
Our Family
Our extended family might be some of our favorite people ever! We are lucky to have both sets of our parents still around and close by. We typically see Trevor’s family twice a week. His mom is one of the best cooks ever and she makes us family dinner on Thursday nights and family lunch on Sundays. His sister and her husband join us for those meals as well. We spend so much time talking about life, laughing, playing Ticket to Ride or finding new shows to enjoy after dinner.
Most of Mollie’s family lives about 2 hours from us, so we spend almost every other weekend traveling to spend some time with them. We visit Mollie’s grandma and enjoy home cooked meals that her mom and dad make. Her older brother, his wife and their daughter love board games as much as we do, so we often find ourselves having game nights with them too. We also love going with them to our niece’s soccer games and gymnastics meets. Mollie’s little brother and his wife just moved up to Montana and are expecting their first daughter.
Our extended families are so supportive of our adoption plan and are so ready to love on our new addition to our family.
Our Home in Texas
We live in the Texas Panhandle surrounded by ranch lands, flat ground, and plenty of wide-open spaces! Our home has been in our family for over 20 years. Trevor moved into it 9 years ago, and Mollie moved in when we got married. We have loved making it into our home full of photos, flowers, and welcoming spaces.
Our home has 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for our child to run around and grow in. We have a beautiful living room that gets gorgeous sunlight during the evenings. Our backyard has tons of space for our two dogs to run and play during the day.
Our neighborhood has a park not far from our house that is safe and always full of children playing.
We have plans ready for a nursery and intend to begin painting and setting it up soon. We have prayed over this room and are so excited to fill it with love and joy.
Mollie’s favorite thing about our home is how the light floods in through the front door and windows during sunsets, while Trevor’s favorite thing is how much room our backyard has.
Our Promise
Our promise to you is this — we will always make sure your child knows they are loved and that they are chosen. They will be a part of our family forever, as will you.
We promise to answer any questions your child has with honesty and openness. We will never hide where they came from. We will embrace the journey that led our child to us.

We promise to provide an education that equips them the knowledge and skills they need to go out and change the world. We will do everything in our power to provide them opportunities to grow and challenge themselves.
We promise to protect them from the unkind things of this world and to give them a safe space in us and our home. We will always welcome them home with open arms and loving hearts.
We promise to be the best version of ourselves each and every day for them. We will show them that making mistakes is normal and what matters is how you learn from them.

More About Our Family
Typical Weekend with Us
A typical weekend with us always starts with breakfast burritos on Saturday morning and a trip to the local farmer's market or Mollie's favorite antique stores. We wind down Saturday evenings with either a date night, a cookout with friends, or by trying out a new escape room.
Sundays are always a day full of joy and friendly faces for us. We attend church on Sunday morning followed by a home cooked meal with Trevor's family for lunch. We prepare for the rest of the week with naps, yard work, or grocery shopping. Sometimes we top it off with a quick movie at home to end a great weekend.

Plans For Childcare
Mollie will be a stay-at-home mom once our child is placed with us. We also have both of our moms near us, so if we ever need an extra hand, we have plenty of family help! Mollie cannot wait to be at home with our child and to spend extra time caring for them, growing with them, and eventually home schooling them.
3 Things on Our Bucket List
1. Travel to Scotland together and explore Loch Ness, Edinburgh, and the gorgeous castles there
2. Visit all 50 states! We are only at 21 so far, so lots of sight-seeing and traveling to do.
