Watch Our Video
Hello from Arizona! Growing up, both of us felt we would be called to adoption and, once we met six years ago, it became evident that was the plan God had for us. We spend most of our time serving together within our church in both the children’s and youth ministries. When we are not at church, we are often at the park playing pickle ball or walking our dogs around the neighborhood.
We are hopeful to start our family through adoption and are grateful for the opportunity to get to know you.
About Us
We met in college and quickly realized we had a lot of fun together and much of the same activities such as playing sports, being active in our church, and hosting game nights. Most importantly we aligned spiritually.
Fast forward, we have now been married for five years. Through our marriage we have always been open about what we hope for our family to look like. Since the beginning, we both communicated that we felt adoption was a part of that vision. We have had the privilege of being counseled by many couples through our church, all of which have helped point us toward adoption.
We are so excited to become parents! Something we are looking forward to the most is spending time together as a family, whether that is games in our neighborhood park, at church, at home, or at the lake near our house.

Whenever I see her interact with kids at church or our friends’ children, I am always amazed at how quickly the kids love and trust her. Our Family
We are looking forward to becoming first time parents! As for our extended family, they are all very involved at their churches, and we are blessed to have strong relationships with everyone on both sides. Rylee’s family lives locally in Arizona, and Wesley’s family lives in Idaho.
Wesley’s sister was adopted from Kazakhstan, so through his family’s experience they are excited and have been encouraging alongside Rylee’s family.
One tradition we are looking forward to sharing with our child is our summer trips to visit the cousins living in Idaho. We are also excited to create our own weekend traditions at the lake as a family.
We get to see Wesley’s family about four times per year. We love spending time with our nieces, going for walks around the neighborhood, and cooking family dinners. We see Rylee’s family once a month for a big family gathering, and weekly at church. We enjoy family dinners, swimming, and taking our dogs to the dog park.
Our Home in Arizona
We live in a metro area of Arizona. We recently moved into a new-build home with five bedrooms. It is a modern style home in a brand-new, family-oriented neighborhood. We have a designated room for the nursery with a few items already set up, and are very excited to finish furnishing it. We also have a decent sized backyard, enough to fit some of our hobbies: hot tub, turf area, grill, lounge area, and playing with our dogs.
Within our neighborhood we have walkable paths and a playground for kids. We are also within walking distance of some hiking trails.
Our Promise
We have been praying for our future children ever since we met. We promise as prospective adoptive parents to first be your biggest encouragers and cheerleaders. We want to support you through this journey just as much as we want to love the baby we hope to adopt. For the baby’s future, we promise to raise them in a loving household that teaches them about Jesus, providing areas to thrive in education and extracurricular activities. We are very gentle people and promise to parent with gentleness while teaching them what is right and wrong.
We are looking forward to loving this baby as our own, and we hope to maintain an open relationship with you as the birth mother, if you. It excites us to be able to share photos and updates throughout the child’s life, if you desire. Know that you are loved and we are praying for you just as much!

More About Our Family
Our Special Interests
Outside of volunteering at church, we love going on family walks in the evenings, driving up to the lake, and playing sports like pickleball with friends! We also love having movie nights together, either at home or at the theater.
Our Faith
Our faith is the most important aspect of our lives. Our life's purpose, our actions, and our decision making is all impacted and often dictated by our faith. We believe Jesus died on the cross for our sins out of love for us. Because of that example through Christ, we strive to love others all the same!
Our Pets
We have two dogs. Their names are Annie and Sami. Annie is a chocolate labradoodle who loves people and playing fetch. Sami is a multi-colored poodle who is incredibly sweet and loyal. Both are hypoallergenic. Annie is four years old, and Sami is two years old.
Our Friends
We have a very close-knit friend group. We all met through our Young Adult group at church and a lot of us serve together weekly within the Youth Group as mentors for students. In our free-time, we enjoy inviting our friends over for game nights, dinners, and group hangouts at the park playing pickleball, basketball, volleyball, or tennis. Our friends are super helpful and supportive!
In Closing
We have been praying and preparing to welcome a child into our home and are so excited for that to come into fruition. We will shower our child with love, supporting and guiding them to become the amazing person God has designed them to be. We will joyfully prioritize our child in every aspect. We would love to partner with you in this process through routine communication and updates, if you choose.
