A Letter from Beau & Caroline
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know our family. We are an outdoor loving family living in North Texas with our four daughters. We have a heart for children and are thrilled with the opportunity to welcome another child into our family of any race and any gender. We can’t wait to love, protect, encourage, have adventures with, and share the love of Jesus with your child. We are looking forward to meeting you and sharing experiences throughout the years together.
We have been married for 15 years. We enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new things, planning for our families future and laughing a lot.
We love to work together volunteering in the 3-year-old room at our church. We get the opportunity to share the love of God with them and watch them grow each week. It’s one of the best parts of our week.
We always look forward to our monthly date night which helps to keep ‘us’ a priority and to ensure that we are the best team to raise our family together. It gives us the opportunity to regroup and dream new dreams for the future.
Caroline is an amazing woman. She loves music, singing, cooking, reading to our children and interior decorating. She enjoys nature walks, exploring, and fishing with the family. She is a planner to the core and many times is the anchor that holds us together. Caroline also has this focus on others that leaves me in awe. She uses her gift of hospitality to spread love to all those she comes in contact with. As we have grown together through the years, her selfless spirit has shown me how to focus on others. She is truly my soul mate.
Beau is super smart (Ph.D. Chemical Engineer), but he is down-to-earth and silly to his core. He loves to read books in funny voices, make bird noises in public places, then watch as everyone tries to figure out where it’s coming from and he can spot an animal in nature every time we go anywhere. His excitement for life is contagious and his love for his family is unmatched. He is a man of character and an excellent problem solver. He’s a planner, a dreamer, and my best friend. He loves adventure, fishing, BIG breakfasts, watching nature shows and quality time spent with his family. He recently became a published author of a devotional book and has been enjoying experimenting with roasting his own coffee.
We are a family of six with four daughters (10, 8, 6, 4), who are all excited for a new baby brother or sister. They have all said they can’t wait to feed and rock the new baby. To make each of our girls feel important, we have a “special night” each month for them, where they get to have one on one time alone with mom and dad. Also, childhood in our family would not be complete without our epic tea parties and lemonade stands! We truly love to dream together and one day hope to visit all 59 of the National Parks.
We also have a large extended family with 2 sets of Grandparents, 4 sets of Aunts and Uncles and 9 Cousins. The Cousins have so much fun running around together during the holidays and vacations and are looking forward to welcoming another teammate.
We live in an adorable town located in North Texas. There are lots of children in our neighborhood and the elementary school is within walking distance. We have a nice community pool and park down the street from our home. We have a craft room/ playroom upstairs that is well-loved by our children. Most of the time you can find us in the kitchen creating something sweet to share with our neighbors. Our backyard has two big picnic tables so we can fellowship with our family and friends. The trampoline, sidewalk chalk, basketball hoop and bubbles are major hits in our home.
Our promise to you is fully rooted in the love of Christ. We will provide a lifelong example, a place for dreams to flourish, a place of constant encouragement and a close-knit family for your child. We will love unconditionally, speak words of encouragement and promote values of responsibility, commitment, and perseverance. In our family, your child will not only be a part of a loving family but will find a home that he/she will always be welcome and accepted for who they are.

More About Our Family
We started our National Park journey in 2016 and have visited 5 so far including being able to camp in a tent for one. This has been a wonderful journey for us to be able to explore the beauty that God made together as a family. We hope to inspire our children to see how much nature can revive you and how refreshing it is for your soul. We hope to visit all 59 National parks by the time our last child graduates college. It will be fun to watch our family grow and make memories on our adventures through the parks over the years.
Olivia, our 10-year-old, loves horses and has taken horseback riding lessons. If she could live on a farm and work in the barn all day, she would. She is involved in Theatre in school and loves to sing and act. She is very loving and nurturing and wants to always be a good helper. She is looking forward to being a big sister again.
Our Extended Family
We have family in several different states. Beau's parents live about 5 hours away from us in Texas. Beau has a sister and four of the cousins who live in Mississippi and two brothers who live in Virginia, close by each other, with the remaining five cousins. Caroline's parents and sister live in Oklahoma and they visit often. We have taken many trips through the years with each of our families to the beaches of Florida on the gulf side to beautiful mountain vacations in the Smokey Mountains of Tenessee. We love having time with all the cousins and watching what a good time all of them have playing together.
Things We Enjoy as a Family
We love Friday night game or movie night and make your own pizzas. We enjoy going to the local farmers market on Saturday mornings to see what fun, new things they have each week. We adore going down to one of the ponds in our subdivision to catch and release fish and turtles. We like finding local nature preserves and state parks to go explore. We love turning the music up and dancing with all we've got in our living room. We enjoy working hard to get a job done and playing hard to celebrate with ice cream at our favorite shop, swimming at the community pool or a special trip to the local playground. We love to create moments to spend more time together as a family whether it be by planning an amazing lemonade stand and spending the entire afternoon selling lemonade together or throwing the perfect tea party fit for a Queen, we hope to create memories that will be etched in our hearts forever. We love going to the pumpkin patch, picking apples and going to pick out the perfect Christmas tree together. Time spent together is time well spent.
Our Favorite Holiday
Christmas!!! We have so many decorations that we have filled an entire huge closet and part of the garage. We have multiple Christmas trees and everything is covered in red and green. It is the MOST wonderful time of the year. Caroline starts decorating in early November because she can't wait any longer. We start listening to Christmas music in October. We usually have at least one party at our home with a theme; Ugly Sweater, Matching Christmas PJ's or Over-the-top Christmas. We enjoy going and finding a tree to cut down and spending the day decorating while listening to music and drinking eggnog and hot chocolate and end the day with a Christmas movie. We make cookies and attend festivities like parades, concerts or tree lighting ceremonies. This year we are going on the Polar Express train with the girls. We started a family tradition many years ago to wrap up 25 books every December and they get to open a book each night starting Dec 1st leading up to Christmas, it has been one of the girls most anticipated and loved traditions. We love watching Christmas movies, singing songs and having friends and family over to celebrate the season together. We also started the tradition years ago of giving our children 4 gifts each year for Christmas; 1. Something they Need 2. Something they Want 3. Something to Read 4. Something to Wear. It has helped us to put more emphasis on Jesus being the reason for the Season.
