Hello! We’re an active, fun-loving, and multi-cultural family built through adoption. We met while working at a children’s home, during an ice skating outing with the kids. From the beginning, we both shared a calling toward caring for children and ministry. Now married 11 years, we’re proud parents of 3 children and our family’s adoption story! We’d love to get to know you and are honored to be considered as adoptive parents for your child!
Our work gives us flexibility so that one or both of us is able to be with our kids. We center our lives on faith and family, and feel called to grow our family through adoption again.
Together we enjoy:
• Camping (we love roasting marshmallows and telling stories around a campfire!)
• Traveling to explore new places or to visit family
• Playing board games
• Escape Rooms
• Family movie night
• Attending and serving at our church
Jeff says: Molly is hard-working and a natural leader. She’s caring, trustworthy, and a good friend who always looks for ways to lift up others. Molly is a planner and good at organizing family activities. From birthday parties to fun surprises, she always has something interesting for us to do, and is there for us in every way. Molly is a great mom!
• Attending our kids’ sports, piano recitals, & school events
• Gardening or tending the farm animals
• Decorating (especially for Christmas!)
• Learning about other cultures when we travel
• Camping and swimming
Fun fact: Molly has traveled with a medical team to help people in countries around the world.
Molly says: Jeff is giving, generous, patient, and always willing to help. He’s a fun, hard-working father who loves to teach the kids how to use tools, build or fix things, and practical life skills. Jeff is an involved dad with a strong faith that models Christ by example.
• Serving youth at our church (he’s a co-pastor for the youth group!)
• Home or yard projects
• Spending time outdoors
• Going to the movies
• Preaching at church sometimes
Fun fact: Jeff is a huge Star Wars fan with a big collection of Star Wars memorabilia. He’s even been to several Star Wars conventions!
Adoption made our family! We have an open adoption and stay in touch with our children’s birth mother. Our kids know they can talk or ask questions about their adoption story and love to hear stories about their birth family.
Constance, 16: Loves her friends, is quiet, kind, and funny. She plays volleyball, basketball, and softball, and is learning guitar.
Alicia, 13: Sweet, thoughtful, and loves bright colors, sparkles, rainbows, and unicorns. She enjoys playing piano, music, and art.
Mikel, 12: Spunky, fun, and excited to teach a little sibling how to play chess. He likes movies, video games, playing football or basketball, and Legos.
Our Home in Idaho
We love our farm life out in a beautiful rural area of Idaho. Our home is about a mile outside of a small town, though it only takes an hour to get to the city. There’s a water-park and several hot springs nearby, and it’s only a short drive to get to the mountains for hiking and nature.
• Big country home with 5 bedrooms
• Large yard with a fire pit for bonfires with friends and family
• Big garden and barn
• Pygmy goats, chickens, and ducks
We love being parents and providing a stable, loving home where our children know they are supported and loved, for life. We promise to be there for your child, whatever comes, and to make sure he or she knows their worth, and their story. We love having an open adoption, so if you’d like to stay in touch we’re open to phone calls, sharing pictures and letters, and coordinating visits with you.
As parents we will:
• Talk about you with love
• Raise your child to be kind and loving
• Model Christian values and a deep faith
• Encourage your child in his or her dreams and interests
• Give opportunities to learn, including good schools and travel
We’re already praying for you and your child, the decision you are considering. Thank you for learning about our family! We’d love to talk or answer any of your questions. To learn more about us, please call or text Lifetime at 1.800.923.6784.
With love, Jeff & Molly

More About Our Family
In addition to our farm animals, we have a Chocolate Lab/Mini Aussie, named Mozzie. She loves to play fetch with the kids and snuggle with her blankie and toys. We also have 3 cats, Hitch, CP, and Greg-nog, who the kids adore. The girls have a guinea pig too!
Molly has family in Washington State who we see every other month (her sister is hoping to adopt too!). We visit Jeff’s family in Montana twice a year. Every summer our kids go to Montana for one-on-one time with Grandma and Grandpa and enjoy learning to bake, sew, and craft with them.
Our friends are like family to us too, and we spend a lot of time together for meals or game nights, and even vacations.
On an average day you will find our family:
• Watching sports together after school
• Cooking dinner (the kids take turns helping!)
• Doing homework and talking about our day
• Taking care of the farm animals
Cherished Family Traditions
• Cutting down a tree from the forest
• Reading a Christmas book every day in December
• Reading the Nativity Story on Christmas Eve in our barn, by candlelight with our animals around us
• Hot cocoa nights and Christmas caroling
Summers: Lake trips, swimming at the local pool, picnic lunches with friends, going to the ocean with Molly’s family
Autumn: Cheering for Seahawks football and going to an occasional game
Winter: Going to the mountains, snow sledding, and ice skating
We're honored to be considered as you decide what you want for your child's future. Thank you for learning about our family! We would love to get to know you, and if you want, we would embrace a connection with you after the adoption too. Adoption is so meaningful to our whole family. We will help your child to be proud of how we all came together because of adoption. We'll always provide a space where your child can ask questions freely, find understanding, and know he or she is loved and accepted for who they are. If you have any questions, or want to talk, just ask Lifetime about us!
