We’re blessed to be sharing another adoptive couple’s heartwarming story in our blog series “Then and Now.” Our Lifetime adoptive family today is Josh and Kristi from Pennsylvania.
As they started their adoption journey with Lifetime, they shared, “we decided to go with adoption because we want to build our family and share the love that we have for each other with a baby.”
In their adoption profile, Josh and Kristi wrote, “We want to thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about us. We are a very active, fun loving, and outdoorsy couple who look forward to adopting our first child. After dealing with infertility and finding out that we would not be able to conceive on our own, we decided that God had different plans for us… adoption.
We were both raised by families that shared a passion for the outdoors that we hope to pass along to our children as well. Whether we are hiking, hunting, or kayaking, we spend most of our free time outside. We take pride in our home and Kristi enjoys decorating for every season possible. We have a large backyard ready for a jungle gym or playhouse. We also share our home with our three furry friends, Kodi, Mazie, and Cash. Kodi is our 6 year old black lab, who just LOVES kids, and Mazie and Cash are our cats, who live for attention and belly rubs.”
Through Lifetime, Josh and Kristi joyfully welcomed a baby boy, Branlin, into their home in 2014!
Josh and Kristi wrote to us, “We’re incredibly pleased with everything that Lifetime offered us and our experience with you was exceptional. The support, love, and guidance is something that is very hard to find, especially with a situation as delicate as adoption.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that all of you at Lifetime did for us!!!”
