In 2009 we had the pleasure of reuniting with some of Lifetime’s birth mothers for a PBS taping about Lifetime and open adoption. It was a JOY for Lifetime Adoption’s Founder Mardie Caldwell to meet this precious woman, the birth mother of one of the children featured on Mardie’s first book, “Adopting Online”. See here the circled boy in the cowboy hat. He, his birth mom, and his adoptive mom all share a very sweet relationship through open adoption.
