You just enter your baby’s due date and My Pregnancy Today will turn your phone into an expert guide for each day of your pregnancy. It has great graphics that show how your baby’s growing (those “your-baby-is-the-size-of-a-lemon” ones.) 2. What to Expect

“What to Expect When You’re Expecting” books have been out there since 1984. They are tried and true in the pregnancy advice world. The app gives you easy-to-follow info on what to expect each week of your pregnancy. They also have communities so you can connect with women who are having babies the same time you are.

3. Pregnancy +

Pregnancy + has been recommended by healthcare professionals and was designed by experts in the fields of healthcare, childbirth and parenting to provide you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information. It has daily pregnancy info, a doctor’s appointment log, a contraction counter, as well as pregnancy diet, exercise and labor info!

4. The Bump’s Week-by Week Pregnancy Tracker

This pregnancy tracker has calendar of to-do items, a community of other pregnant women, a way to upload your own belly photos and reassuring articles created by expert editors. This one’s a perfect place to go when you’re wondering, “Is this normal?” and “Is this safe?”

5. Baby Bump Pregnancy Pro

This app is the most frequently updated pregnancy app, so you know it’s always improving. Baby Bump Pregnancy Pro creates a personal countdown-to-delivery screen with weeks and days remaining. You can enter your due date, or if you don’t know it, calculate from Last Menstrual Period (LMP). There’s also a contraction timer, journal for weight tracking, embryo picture of your baby each week, weekly details about your baby’s size and weight and development, and info about common pregnancy symptoms, cravings, and bodily changes you can might have.
